Affiliate Program Terms

Approved affiliates may promote Kenni Trades using their unique referral link. Participation is subject to these terms and the approval of Kenni Trades.

Affiliates earn a 20% commission on eligible, completed Gold Breakout purchases attributed to their referral link. A referral is eligible only when the tracked referral is recorded before checkout and the purchase is not refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise reversed.

Referral attribution lasts for 30 days from the visitor’s tracked referral. Kenni Trades may decline attribution where tracking is unavailable, manipulated, or conflicts with another valid referral.

Commissions are held for 30 days after the customer payment is completed. Once the hold period has passed, approved commissions become available for payout. The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD.

Payouts are processed in batches after the threshold is met. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations that apply to their earnings.

Affiliates must use truthful, current promotional material and must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship where required. Affiliates may not make guaranteed-profit claims, misrepresent trading results or risk, use spam, impersonate Kenni Trades, bid on Kenni Trades branded keywords without written permission, or promote through unlawful or deceptive methods.

Trading involves substantial risk. Affiliate promotions must not present Gold Breakout as investment advice or imply guaranteed performance.

Kenni Trades may review applications, withhold or reverse commissions connected to refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud, policy violations, or inaccurate tracking, and suspend or end participation at any time. A reversal may be applied before or after a commission becomes available.

Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in these terms creates employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or joint venture relationship.
